What draws me to this photo is the sense of unbalance, the slight tilt of the horizon and the more pronounced shift to the side in the position of the person. There is a sense of a fleeting moment, as if this was a single frame from a scene of a movie, an unknown story before and after this.

Now, this is of course true of any photo: there is always a moment before and one after. But very often one tries to choose a moment that resumes a story in an instant, so that the photo "tells the story". What I feel here is that you are instead suggesting that there is a story, a flow of events. But you are not telling what it is, as if it were two big question marks above and below this single movie frame. This is very intriguing and attractive.

Also nice are the details of the person, that is completely obscure and unrecognizable (is he coming towards the camera, or going away? more question marks...) and at the same time perfectly contained between the road and the line of the mountain.

One suggestion: I would clone away the small black thing appearing from the right border against the sky, I find it distracting.

Cheers!
