This is just gorgeous, so restful, the tones are wonderful, the only tiny thing is the slight distraction of the "stick" ? caught on the rock in the middle slight right. My eye keeps going to it .

 

Other than that it really works and is one of the best of your tonal shots.

I love it. Even the "questionable" branch - I think, perhaps without it, the photo may have been too smooth. The one thing that throws me is the extra rock in the upper right corner... it seems quite isolated. But again, lovely photo. Keep at it!

I think the strength of the image is the harmony between the smooth rocks and the motion blur of the water. I want the subject the be the large foreground rock, so I agree that both the sharp stick and the dark rock are more distractions than reinforcements. Last time I shot something like this, I found myself trying to dislodge various branches in an effort to clean up the site. . . . another effort by man to improve on nature. :-)
