Great use of straight lines against the sky, resulting in a compelling graphic composition. The enhancment of the colours brings this to a surprising and pleasent uplifting mood making it look almost like a drawing.

Chris, this would have been a great entry for the "Lines" thread. It appears the original exposure was optimized for the stainless steel railings, since there is a bit of halo effect visible along the arched overhead and the clouds? Still, an excellent study of what some would consider a mundane scene. I find my eyes being drawing R-to-L by the railing, and then back to the right across the bridge in the background, with just a hint of mystery about what the bridges cross, and what's behind the brick wall. A very dynamic and engaging composition.

Very nicely observed Chris, I feel you could have not gotten a better exposure, considering the different levels of lighting you were challenged with

Chris,

this has great lines and it seems you have composed it perfectly.  What makes this shot for me is that you were able to capture two people walking across the bridge.  I have spent a lot of time in London in my corporate career but env er been to this station.  I would usually get off train at Kings Cross and get on Tube.
