Perdido Key Family Portrait Crash

A vintage Catalina PBY flying boat being used in the filming of the

Nicolas Cage movie "USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage" beached at

Perdido Key, FL. While I was taking photos of the plane, a group

arrived for a family portrait session. There was a whole lot of beach,

but they decided to do their session between the plane and me, so I

took a few snaps of the plane and the people. Fortunately, the plane

was there the next day, so I came back and shot again, including some

night images that were lit up by the full moon:)
