You had a previledged POV on the wide beach and timed your shot perfectly to have the beach-goers well set  in the lower  triangular space of the frame;good reflection of the dog just adds  to this excellent image.Good work!

John,  Quite nice, John.  I like the horizontal and vertical movement as separated by the water.  I'm also a sucker for dog images.  Nice eye here. Larry
