I like it! I might try a little more softness/blur on the background to make the foreground pop even more.

I like how you play with symmetry and reflection here.

The B&W works very well.

Maybe a higher perspective would take the reeds out of the reflection of the trees and let them stand out more against the whiteness of the water.
