Love the descending (or ascending - take your pick) diagonals of the stairs and the very well realized tones of this shadowy space.

This was a building under construction. The bare concrete produces good texture.

I do like the composition and feel it is a little lacking in midrange contrast. If you fool with the curves a little there is more detail in those light areas and therefore more texture. I had a go with that and it worked nicely (see above)
