I would pull her sleeve down on her right arm so as to cover the flesh (or square crop much closer just below her collar).  The negative space to the left does not communicate anything to me---but may be useful if you plan on adding text in that area.  This is a potentially elegant portrait but I sense visual conflict between her perfect makeup and messy hair.  You don't have to win awards with this composition---if it achieves, for you, the purpose for which it was made, it is a successful image.
