Sorry Kjed but i don't see anything really that remarkable in this scene, plus (or minus) the too many dark areas, plus (minus) the bad frame...

Why don't you focus on the really interesting buildings behind, leaving cars, half cars and metal constructions out? That i can imagine could be a really interesting photo.
