I like the semi abstractness of this shot and the subtle colors of the leaves (?) and the blue post. The seams in the concrete add interest too.

Chuck, thanks for stopping by! Those are actually flower petals, left from a patient's getting into their care after discharge from the hospital. I appreciate your comment.

I reflect Lannie's comment, although I will try to comprehend myself to some extent. Its the cubes on the textured floor forming compartments, the end of the bed support forming an abstract anchor. The contrast in the colors between the petals and the bed frame is noteworthy. This picture excels because of what is omitted in the frame. Leaving only part of the blue post, and the remnants of the petals are highly suggestive and create a longing for the rest of the story. Great work, bold experimentation!
