I'd like to have a sincere feedback about the interest which this

photo might have. And of course of the technical quality too.

I think I would have gone to the corner and left the viewing platform out of the composition. Or, at least, much less of it. Good exposure and DOF.

I have the same general opinion as Jim, although the surface of the platform seems to complement the colors and shapes of the buildings below.  I might have stepped (leaned?) more to the right and moved that railing out of the center of the frame, thus showing less of the platform that way.

I was going to fix myself a cocktail when I came across a Dettori and had to take a look. Oh, by the way, may I get you a drink?

Beautiful scene, pardon me for asking but why did you include the railing?

Personally I think this would make a great panoramic image as well

Donato,  I agree with Jim Downs.  The question is what thematic element the stone platform and railing have for the image?   The answer, that only you can give,  will provide your critique.  Larry

I want to thank all of you who left a comment here. I could not find a way to reply to each one of you individually (it seems there is no reply button under the critique).

To Jim:

Yes, I know what you mean and actually I have taken another photo that way. I was not sure though which composition was more effective. Here I like how the rail lead the eye towards the distant cape and also the textures of the stones in the pavement.

To David

"more to the right and moved that railing out of the center of the frame, thus showing less of the platform that way."

yes that could be a possibility. Here I chose deliberately that POV to have the rail at right in diagonal.

To Larry:

"The question is what thematic element the stone platform and railing have for the image?"

Please read my answer to Jim.
