Tongue On Fire

Been thinking about doing a backlit tongue shot for awhile. Finally

attempted it today and got lucky by nailing it on my first attempt.

The thumbnail was particularly inviting because the tongue is lit so that it appears to be illuminated even inside the body.  Very well done... Mike

Thanks Mike. Here's the next consecutive shot. In the first picture, it looks like he might have missed his mark, but as you can see, he clearly had it handled.

Gregory and Verena Sava - I have to buy them. These hornworms and their food is really pretty expensive, but they make for good models and are highly nutritious.
