bfox 0 Posted August 13, 2015 I grew up about a block from this old cowboy. Went to school with his kids. He passed away on the 4th of July... it was his 92 birthday. I took this picture when he was around 86. He was moving part of his herd up through Park Wash to some greener pasture. No days off... no vacations... no retirement. Just a hard working cowboy. His life stile past on down from one generation to the next is one that's fading into the sunset. I'm lucky to live among these kind of people. Link to comment

Not Here 93 Posted August 13, 2015 Hard work and dedication seem to be losing out to instant gratification and entitlement today, but then, I'm the older generation now and that does sway my outlook.
