First Light III

I think I like First Light I the best.  They're equal in technical quality but something about the composition is to my liking.  Certainly it falls in the category of personal preference.  All three are fantastic images and I look forward to more of your work.  Good stuff... Mike

I think this is the strongest composition. In First Light I, I find the hanging vine distracting, whereas the sapling in the forefront of this image is more expected and helps frame the sunlight. This composition also draws me down the path more effectively. First Light II is also strong in a completely different way. It is spookier if that makes sense. But if I'm picking one to hang on my wall, it would be this one.
