My intention that night was a full moon silhouette and I have a bunch of them, but once the storm popped up with the lightning, I kept moving along the beach and lining up the thunderhead behind the plane, while hoping for a nice steak of lightning. The one in the other photo was by far the best one I got.
Actually, this photo is not b/w, but there was not enough light to show any color during the silhouette shots, since I was shooting at F/14.

This is aa very unique photo!! Well done with the lighting!! Curious what happened with the plane? Definitely worth restoring!!! Would of loved to have flown that bird!!!!
