Obviously this has great focus to it, but it looks a little like you tried to rescue a photograph that you weren't happy with. Leaving in what appears to be a leaf on the right side just makes it distracting, the bee in this position doesn't give us much information. When using a watermark I understand you were scared that someone would steal your flower, but I don't think you have to worry about that with this shot. Work on getting an appropriate background and DOF IN camera instead of trying to create it afterwards. Keep shooting!
