Nice light play Yanqi.

This image has many things going for it: the tonal range is wide and well exploited, the light grazing on the road, the background skyline of the city and the bridge creating depth and setting the scene, and of course the man silhouette and his shadow, both walking in the emptiness of the street. What I feel limits it is the confusing right part which I find distracting. If it had not been there (which as of course not possible from the point where you were), the image would have been perfect. Cheers! L

The key in this image is clearly the light and shadows. The B&W work well and you have a good exposure leaving the outline of the person very clear.

As ideas I would look into doing strong crops especially on the right. Even a crop of the person alone with the shadow would make an interesting picture.

A thing that cannot be changed now is the position of the drain cover. Maybe 1 or 2 seconds earlier the shadow of the person would not be on the cover and would be clearer.

Just ideas of course....

Thank you guys for the great comments and advice. I guess it is very hard for me to get a perfect shot yet. But the bright side is that I will be paying attentions on those details in the future.
