L'Origin du monde

Member Rudolf Kartelin recently posted his composition of L'Origine which reminded me of this famous Courbet painting and a photo-shoot that I had done with Elle approximately 15 years ago----attempting to replicated the composition of the original "L'Origine"----which does indeed hang in the Muse D' Orsay, in Paris.  Image taken in France on film.....only recently scanned to digital and re-cropped some.  Thank you, in advance, for your comments and ratings!

It is the green hair that bothered me.

Thank you John, you are correct on the "greenish" tint.  I was attempting to replicate the orange/green tint of the original painting.  I have "visited" the painting nearly every time I have gone to the d'Orsay.  Probably once every three years or so for the past twenty years.  b-t-w, they believe that they have recently found the neck/head/face portion of the original "Orgine" ---a friend of ours in Paris sent us an article on the "find".
