I just can't get enough of this beautiful child!  This is tack sharp, and there is a real connection with the chid and the viewer.  Technically this is great.  I might be tempted to do a square crop, even if it cuts off some his right arm.   Without trying it I'm not sure, but I think it would bring those beautiful eyes closer to the viewer and give the image more immediacy.  At any rate, I like it just the way it is!
