Robin Smith 812 Posted March 18, 2015 These images are increasingly in vogue where the night sky is shown in a way we rarely (if ever) get to see it, and then combined with a view of the terrestrial environment at night to make an "unearthly view". This one lacks a strong composition in my view. What is the glow on the horizon? A town, or, perhaps, combine harvesters working at night? Link to comment
tm_j 30 Posted March 18, 2015 Very nice image but I think the bright city/town light on the left of the background ruins the mood of the image. I would have step to the left some more and capture the bare tree with just the sky and without the bright area . Just my opinion, TFS! Link to comment
michaellinder 16,613 Posted March 18, 2015 In my opinion, Tm J, the radiance from (presumably) the city lights immediately draws the viewer's eye, allowing the silhouetted trees and the starry sky to add to the incredible scene before us. Link to comment
marcantel 2 Posted March 19, 2015 I agree with Robin I would take out the lights in background . Link to comment
