Thanks to the ratings police, I could not apply a 7 to this image, as it deserves one hands down.  I settled for a 6, and I apologize.

This photograph is loaded with intrigue and mystery.  As strange as the chap with the disembodied head appears, he appears to be levitated above someone else's open palm.  Perhaps the invisible person holds some sort of influence over him.

Your postprocessing is masterful.  Somehow you managed to give the head lizard-like skin.  And the wrinkles in the hand are dramatically sharp.  Add to this the bottom lighting, and the result is hauntingly eerie.
