Abstract or Fine Art? I am a little confused on where the barrier lies

between the two catagories. Be nice, if you are considering "in the trash

can" type commentary, its been a long day.

Thanks!

I wouldn't consider this abstract or fine art.  I think it's really interesting though, and I think there should be a 'miscellaneous' category.  Interested in knowing how you did this....it's cool!

Jack.  I think you put this in the right place.  I always feel a little pretentious putting my work in Fine Art (although I think this would qualify).  I would be interested to hear how you managed the shot.  Was it shot through cloth?  However you did it, I like the BW treatment and think the tonal range is pretty good.  Interesting work.  Dana...

Where to place this image really is a nonissue.  A viewer like me would rather study it for its design, composition, and impact.  And I have no doubt that it succeeds in these respects and more.  Well done!

Definitely "eye-catching" I like the lines everywhere, and agree about the art category. Well done. Best regards, Janice
