Although on closer inspection I can see fall colours in the background, my first impression was of palm trees and blue sky's, but either way, the effects are very aesthetically pleasing!

Alf you are correct about your interpretation of this image.  After doing so many landscape and nature photos, I feel as if I am becoming a factory so I like to try something a bit different as in the last few images.

Thom - Thanks. It is -14 C and should get down to -21 C tonight. Those temperatures give me the opportunity to try something different behind the computer in a warm room.  This image tries to reflect my Canadian and Caribbean heritage:  bright and colorful and a virtual palm vs the maple/conifer trees. Maybe too much time on my hands.
