I like the fact that the car is there to show

scale of the trees. I see you don't get too many ratings or comments on some of your photos,

especially the one with the camera and the little person on the lens. Why don't you enter it for critique? That way, you get a lot more people to look, rate, & comments. I'm going to comment on that one now. I found it by accident. I was looking through my photos and found your comment on my "skeletal remains" and thought I would have a look at your portfolio & what a pleasant surprise! Very nice work William. I love road shots, William, and I wish that there were a "Road/Path" category on this site, although that is not ever going to happen. There is something special about catching that sense of wonder as to what is around the bend, or over the next rise. You have captured it perfectly, and beautifully.

Wow, how'd I miss this! Wonderful shot, wonderful lighting, wonderful composition. Just plain wonderful! Lannie- you're mistaken, that's MY house over the hill! LOL

The irony of this image is, that, it is a picture of the road leading

out of a local cemetery.

Dean, thanks for looking at the image. It has not been cropped. I moved back and forth on foot to get the shot I wanted.

Good composition and colours.

I live in the desert southwest (USA) and this image and its beauty make me miss grass and trees even more that normal. If one could only do something about that humidity. Wonderful image.
