Excellent street capture Tamara. I don't get into Toronto much at all. I saw a few homeless people sleeping on the streets when we were taking my Mom in to hospitals a few years back and it upset my Mom so much - she had never seen anything like it. People sitting enjoying a refreshment, and those who perhaps cannot afford a daily meal. It is a quandary. There are many you see on the news who really don't want to stay in shelters, especially in Winter, even those can be risky. We are blessed to have a roof over our heads and a good meal each day. The light and shadow play is very nice in this image. Good work!

I know what you mean: it is not getting better. I couldn't get rid of the impression that these two felt so cozy and comfortable there , as if they were home.... Thank you for commenting. Take care of yourself, Tamara

"Diversity" It is the same politically correct word as "different" or what ever, invented to look nicer then reality.

" people watching reality shows, but, they haw no ideas of the reality around them"

First I thought it is in India, then turned out it is in Toronto. No problem, very sun, we going to looks like India too, with all those pure and homeless people.  This image can be taken  in Budapest too.

You doing an excellent street photography and I admire you bravery to shoot those images, and you doing a very good job.

My best wishes to you Tamara.

Thank you so much for your kind and nice words. I agree with your comment - we are not getting richer, sure. We are getting used to it. Anyways what is the way out? Revolution? Uprising of people that cannot take it anymore.... This is for rich and for governments to remember. I am not brave, Bela. I just cannot be indifferent passer by naively thinking that it might make some difference...

Warmest regards, Tamara

Total comfort. "Diversity", divided  by  the garbage can. Excellent find. You are so good  of it.

Cheers.
