Good photo. You have a folder of this lady and there are some in there that I prefer but this is a matter of personal taste.

The exposure and color are okay.  Direct sunlight makes her squint.  Change location and try using an open shade setting where she can relax her expression.  Avoid false attachments such as the the blue railings and steps in this image.  Have her sit up straight rather than slouch.
