Love the light here. Personal tastes - not sure if the background with the boat adds visual value. I might have shifted position and have the complete boat on the left side or moved in closer and really focused on the attractive lady.  This is just a personal preference.

I am uploading my preference for your image that uses the boat as a balance point rather than a spear.  Pleasant expression and okay color.
