cegeiss 6 Posted September 13, 2014 Beautiful composition, and the colors are just awesome. Then you notice all the reflections in the water drops... Tony, this is stunning on so many levels!Christoph Link to comment
ChrisSpeaker 1,015 Posted September 14, 2014 The water droplets hanging off the berries really make this shot. Good one. Link to comment
thadley 15 Posted September 16, 2014 Richard, Christoph, Ajay and Chris S: Many thanks for your positive comments and letting me know what you liked. This one was sitting on my files since 2008. It was captured when I spent a week-end at Acadia National Park. I got up early in the morning and headed to Jordan Pond and it was quite foggy. I was attracted immediately to that orange liquid which I was seeing for the first time and I have never seen it since. I must have shot 15 or 20 shots of this dripping berry. I even positioned myself so that I had out-of-focus fall colors in the background as the one to submit for ratings and I was disappointed with the result. It is amazing how maturity can improve wisdom and realized that this 'simpler' version MIGHT be more appealing. Link to comment
