Solar Halo from the extreme nothern part of Hurrican Isabel. About 30

minutes before the shot, I have seen GOES 8 satellite images showing

clouds from hurricane Isabel was starting to cover Quebec city. Rain

(less than 1 inche) from that system will start tomorrow (friday)in

Quebec city. This photo show the roof of Chateau Frontenac.

Beautiful ... I am in Gatineau and I saw the Halo as well. Unfortunatly for me I was not close to anything photogenic so I was unable to garb a shot. Very nice picture.
