Excellent image!

I like the crysteline water and how the stones under the water can be seen.

The great range of greys is also remarkable. 

The composition is well thought and gives stability and a great feeling of depth.

If I had to change something I would remove what seems to be like a plane trail in the sky, but this would depend on the message you want to give.

Is an unique location indeed and each photo seen with this has something different.I like the way you worked this in bw with nice tones of grey and clarity of image.I like how water is same time very clear to see the stones under it and also reflection.Is a photo to be proud of it indeed.IMO frame wasn't necessary but this is just  each one taste.My compliment for a very good work.

SUPERB celebration of light and tonality. An absolute beauty.

Reflections and transparency...I love it.  I agree with Andres about the airplane though.  Your exposure is spot-on as even in the shadows of the cliffs to the right you still have detail.  Beautifully done.
