Mountain Iris

I would like to hear your comments on this photo. I was trying some

new things with processing (and lighting) to create a charcoal look

for this image. Did it work? Should I have even tried?

I noticed this one right away, as it stands out from the others. I love the sculptural quality of the image. Very striking. I don't like the smudgy background. Keep up your learning, as I see your work improving with each addition.
