jim schwaiger 0 Posted September 23, 2003 It may not look like it, but the background was carefully consideredin this one, as was the lighting. I know the second bloom doesn't addto the image, but this was the best angle I could get using thetripod. The bug was a total surprise when I got the pictures back. Link to comment
fred_j._lord 0 Posted September 23, 2003 I'm not sure how I feel about the second blossom but the bug's cool. This is the sort of thing that happens when one concentrates too hard on getting the shot. Link to comment
michael_ward1 0 Posted September 24, 2003 I absolutely love the blossom in the back, but that's just me and my love of decay. The way the blossom in focus seems to bow to the blossom in the back also adds strength to the image. The picture does not really need the bug, but it sure is a nice addition. Link to comment
kkwan 0 Posted September 24, 2003 The choice of background is great; smooth and non-distracting. The light is a tad harsh though. Maybe using a diffuser (or a white plastic bag) would help. The bug is cool. I wish it stood out more though. Link to comment
