Hi Lara, just (my) first thoughts. Watching your four images, it gets clear what kind of interest your camera has..! OK..! However tell him that four different (free) formats is just too easy. He should be forced in getting decent results by using formats our eyes are designed for. Yes globally seen of course. Yes, getting decent results by looking after different point of views indeed is the hardest ánd at the same time often the most pleasant work.

Does your station shot also has a 'forbidden' format? In magazines, on walls, every format is possible, however always balance (!) is needed. First thinking the 'station' needs a 10x15, a diffrent idea came up. What about placing* the white lamp half a cm to the right, while next giving the image all the space on the left by cropping the dark style (or frame part ?) on the left, while keeping the black format used here. An idea? In any case out of my heart. Do have great adventures..! The camera seems to have an eye for it..! :)

*enlarging the image may be needed.
