I know it's the moment that counts here, still a better geometry and a fast cover up of the burned sky in the centre helps "the reading" of your photo i think.

This is a great capture. Talk about being at the right place at the right time.  I think the odd geometry adds interest to the capture.  I do agree that the blown out clouds could be toned down.  Well shot.
