philmorris 0 Posted November 12, 2001 Some viewers might complain that the castle ought not to have been placed in the middle but rather to one side. Not me though. However puny the castle might be, placing it central on high makes it rightly dominate the picture and to my mind it works positively and balances with the foreground. I especially like the yellow lichen on the roof and masonry. It contrasts well with the clear sky. My only concern on the foreground is that I can't tell if its out of focus or has simply lost sharpness through the vegetation blowing in the wind. Link to comment
