Color and brightness levels are subjective.  I am uploading my preference for your image realizing that there is no right or wrong here.  Your lower contrast is easy on the eyes but , since her hair appears to be catching sunlight, the levels appeared to need a boost there.  I applied that level to the whole image and added a bit of blue.

Not all gals are sensitive to bras showing in a photo, but many are.  I retouched that area and submit it to you as a possible improvement.  You do a great job of capturing these ladies on the move in a candid setting and isolating them nicely from the background.  Keep up the good work!
