Detail might be a little overdone, but a nice evocative setting and light. (Except for the mind-control chemicals.)

I am reminded of the wonderful hymn that begins, "Morning has broken, like the first morning," and continues, "with the first light Eden saw play." A lovely photograph. You were patient to wait for the right moment. I am glad that you resisted the temptation to clone out the jet with its contrails. That brings what might have been just a lovely piece of nostalgia into the modern age.

This is such an old Church Tony. I researched it online and found the history to be quite fascinating. I like your processing. Being early morning, I can see how there would be shadows present, or darkness in some areas of the Church. The sun rising above the hills in the distance casts such lovely 'streams' across the grasses. The Cemetery is so interesting with it's headstones on angles, makes me wonder if some are missing. I read very many years ago the Church would flood when the river rose. Made me wonder how that would affect the graves in front of the Church. I like the POV you chose for this one!

Thanks Gail.

I love these simple little churches and to date this is my favourite. I think some of the stones have sunk and some weather worn so that they are hidden in the spring meadow.

Regards

Tony
