A long exposure of Mann Island, one of the stunning new building at

Liverpool's pier head. More processing than I would normally apply,

particularly to the sky. I would appreciate some feedback.

Now this image has it all; fantastic tonal range, power, and spectacular composition.  I especially like the halo around the building, it really adds that extra oomph to the scene.  Well done indeed
