First off, the colors in this photo are fantastic. The softness of the clouds and water is perfectly contrasted by the detail and texture of the moss. I personally would bring down the highlight a tiny bit. The upper left corner is a smidge bright for my taste but that's just me. But that should be an easy fix with a photo editing software. I'm mainly writing because your visual style photo seems similar to this new technique called HDR. Basically you take the same image 3 times each with different exposures. Then you combine all three versions of the image and it creates one photo with this incredible richness and complexity. You certainly have already achieved a similar effect with this photo, just figured I'd share this technique since it might interest you:)

This really just doesn't cut it for my eye as a photo - as a piece of art though, perhaps - the first impression of the colors is aesthetically pleasing.

As a photo, this seems like too many pieces that don't make a good whole. The reflection that doesn't match the sky, the colors are off - both in the sky and the moss on the rocks. Looking at full size, the moss seems over sharpened and there's both banding and noise evident in the sky. It feels overall as though you're trying to pull too much out of a photo that just doesn't have it there.

Its a nice composition. but you need to process it correctly. Red yellow and cyan are clipped and there are overexposed areas. Have right contrast for the clouds and perform correct noise processing.
