Very good one.I like what you did with your 100mm macro lenses but I do not know how you succeeded to have this field of sharpness(I think more than 5mm) and excellent details seen,compliments.

 This bug is about 20mm long (including antennae).

I think all existing 100mm (or similar) macro lenses have similar performance. The sharpness comes from some factors. The key factor, as Thorleif mentioned, is the focus stacking.
