The first thing is that i like this image very much, very moody and dreamy landscape, and great lighting (polarizer and or gradual grey?). It looks best in large format. at your request for comment I can say it's a little busy, or maybe the tree on the foreground could be made more free of the background by taking the picture at another angle. But consider this critique as possible suggestions. :-) Thanks for sharing

I do see the foreground tree getting lost a bit in the background. As for the technique employed, I used the digital blending technique as described on the Luminous Lanscape more or less. I also used plenty of adjustment layers in photoshop to control the tones in the sky and ground.

Hi Nicholas, thanks for your mail. I am not familiar with the blending technique but seeing the result posted here I will surely do some effort to become so, great job. Nevertheless your results I think its good to do as much as possible at exposure time. regards, Hans
