Amazing photograph! You've not only succeeded in capturing the different lighting sources, both natural and artificial, but also the different colours of the night sky giving the scene an extra dimension and feel of magnitudes. The water, fog and the dark land areas contribute furthermore to a more mysterious mood and let the lightning be more of a player in a larger story, and not the main story by itself!
