Wasn't sure which category to place this one in, although it's clearly

a portrait, the actual subject doesn't exist...so...here we are.

 

Anyway, would love some critiques and specifically- does lack of a

hair light/rim light hurt this shot or is it a matter of taste?

I think the image works well - my only criticism would be the pale patches either side of the neck near the shoulder is distracting if it could bring a little detail back as in the top right of the hair - in my opinion it would improve the image.
