The original image is in color, I have turned black and white, I adjusted

levels, cloned some birds, added a frame, and texture. Now I'm not sure if

the framework works. Any comments are welcome. Thank you!

I like the processing Rosario and the frame. It has a Vintage feel that the  processing has certainly accentuated. The frame works well because goes well with the image. If you were to print it larger, you may have to go without the frame, I have had to do that with many of mine, unless you went with a Custom Mat to fit perfectly. Very nicely done Rosario!

sincere regards, Gail

Love the various elements here: two couples, birds in the foreground, mist and mountain in the distance.  A wonderful shot. I stared at your frame for a while and to be honest, it is not to my tastes. The bottom and right edges are mostly the culprits but we can't all have the same tastes which would make the world a very boring place.  keep up the fine work!

Very nice image. The birds really make it, and the humor of your title is appropriate. Is this a copy of a print? It seems somewhat fuzzy, which may be due to that. However, the message is fine. Good eye!

Tony, you're right, after I saw the picture placed on photonet I was not very happy with the frame. Thank you very much for your helpful comments and your kind words.
Hello Arthur. Actually this is a color image, which turned into black and white and I added a texture. Thanks for your critique!

Rosario.

I remember when I was in Lima, the sky was always flat and grey. I like this B&W photograph, it shown the moist fogy shore lines as I remember it.

Warm regards.

Lima is a city of sharp contrasts. You're right, most of the year, the sky is mostly grey, high humidity, but even if it is not really cold (the minimum temperatures reach 54° F ), the humidity increases the sensation of cold in winter.

Thanks for your comments.

Kind Regards,

Rosario.
