Very nice image in B&W, the sparkles in the eyes really becomes the focal point and enhanced by those line on the face. TFS!

 

I would say the image shown the last chin tatooed woman very well then!

The markings grab the attention but then the eyes draw you in as if she were establishing eye contact with me/the viewer.Bravo for this choice image!
