I like the way in which the clouds and the water going over the stones create a kind of symmetry.

Good use of the golden hour and of the long exposure.

Very effective treatment of the sky - I agree about the lovely sky/water symmetry. The middle distance could possibly be lightened for added detail, as it offers interesting color and texture too.
