Very evocative. It brings back memories of my childhood in rural Alabama in the 1950s. I would have liked to see more of the horse, however. Very nice use of light. The warm tonality adds to the effect of antiquity, but the construction of the cart makes it a bit more modern. Wonderful image.

Wonderful light, and the vegetation is nicely distributed.  I, too, wish I could see both ears of the horse/donkey, and it would have been extra nice to catch the animal looking to the right at the same time.  But things like that are out of our control, and fortunately it's secondary to the great light.  Nicely done.

The other 2 critiques are so eloquent. I do not know that I can add much other than the superb processing and light has a magical quality in this image! Beautiful!
