i would wait for the moon.. or shoot the picture when it's not totally dark. dont you think? it looks really nice, however

No one really realizes how difficult a night shot in Las Vegas can be until they try it themselves. The neon lights can be blinding at times and often a lot of experimenting must be done to get the right effect. You did a fine job.
