I think soon the weather will be warmer and instead this compact ice will be lot of ice islands and for sure an interesting moment this one too for a good photo session.

You are right.But before it warms up,it will change as there is a storm warning for tonight;30 to 40 cm. of snow with high winds predicted.This is the full moon and the tides are expected to be especially high at the peak of the storm,so,if things happen as forcasted,this snowscape will change dramatically......and surely interesting for more photos.
