Flying at sunset

Great and unusual sunset, not the ordinary sunset!

I read your reply to Maurizio about sunny days beginning with such scenes,so I gather that this is a sunrise and a beautiful and intense one to shed its warm glow onto the ocean surface.Your timing was great here to seize that flight of birds to create another horizontal line in your well composed image.Excellent work!Bravo.

You managed  to get this  sunset image in a way, show  very nicely  and the  birds  crossing the sunset add  more beauty to it. It is  not a typical sunset shot,   using a tele lens you emphasized  the  fading and partly  covered  by the claud  more interesting view. I usually don't like  sunset shoots, for  me, most of the  time  to catchy,  or, kitschy. IMHO, I would try to get more  contras  out of the birds.
